Dr. Harvey Cohen has over 40 years of professional experience in human factors, ergonomics, and safety. A former Federal government research scientist, Dr. Cohen has produced more than 150 refereed publications, including five books and five book chapters, has personally investigated over 7,500 injury accidents, has given over 1,250 depositions and has testified on over 350 occasions, about equally for plaintiff and defense, in both state and federal courts in nearly all 50 states, three U.S. territories, intertribal courts, and three Canadian provinces. Dr. Cohen specializes in premises, products, commercial, transportation, recreational and workplace accident causation and analyses.
