Dr. Harvey Cohen has 40 years of professional experience in human factors, ergonomics, and safety. A former Federal government research scientist, Dr. Cohen has over 150 refereed publications, including four books and five book chapters, has personally investigated over 7,500 injury accidents, has given over 1,250 depositions and has testified on over 350 occasions, about equally for plaintiff and defense, in 38 state and federal courts, three U.S. territories and three Canadian provinces. Dr. Cohen specializes in premises, products, commercial, transportation, recreational and workplace accident causation and analyses.
